4. Third-Party AI Processing

When you analyze an image, all data is transmitted using the HTTPS encryption protocol, via relay servers to AI service providers:

• For users outside mainland China: Data is encrypted and transmitted through relay servers to Google Gemini API.

• For users in mainland China: Data is encrypted and transmitted through relay servers to Alibaba Qwen (Tongyi Qianwen).

Images are processed anonymously and NOT used to train AI models without your explicit consent. Relay servers act as encrypted proxies and do not store your images or analysis results. We confirm that these third-party AI service providers provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this privacy policy.

5. Data Storage

If enabled, your data is encrypted and synced via iCloud. You maintain full ownership and can delete your data at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Not intended for use by children under 13.

7. Compliance

This App is a wellness tool, not a medical device. We comply with relevant privacy laws to protect your sensitive data.

Welcome to Lalema. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and Shanghai Weiju Fenghe Advertising Creative Co., Ltd. ("Developer", "We", "Us").

1. Acknowledgement
You and Developer acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between You and Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Lalema App ("Licensed Application") and the content thereof. This EULA does not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

3. Maintenance and Support
Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. You and Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

4. Warranty
Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Developer's sole responsibility.

5. Product Claims
You and Developer acknowledge that Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any of your claims or any third-party claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
You and Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (e.g., you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the App).

10. Third-Party Beneficiary
You and Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

11. For Informational & Tracking Purposes Only
The content provided by Lalema, including AI-generated analysis of stool (feces) images, visual classifications, and digestive insights, is for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is intended to help you maintain a digital log of your bowel habits. It is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or screening.

12. Not a Medical Device
Lalema is not a medical device or a diagnostic tool. Do not use this App to detect, diagnose, treat, or monitor any disease or health condition (including but not limited to gastrointestinal bleeding, IBD, IBS, or cancer). The App cannot perform laboratory tests (such as occult blood tests or microbiome analysis).

13. Limitations of AI Analysis
This App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze visual characteristics of stool images (such as color, shape, and consistency based on the Bristol Stool Scale).
• Visual Only: The AI analysis is based solely on visual appearance and is not infallible. It cannot detect non-visual pathogens, parasites, or microscopic blood.
• Error Risk: Lighting, camera quality, and water reflection may cause the AI to misinterpret key features (e.g., mistaking dark pigments for blood).
• No Medical Conclusion: An 'abnormal' or 'normal' tag by the AI is a visual descriptor, not a clean bill of health or a diagnosis.

14. User Judgment & Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for interpreting your own health status. The AI provides raw data points for your reference. You should interpret these findings in the context of your overall physical feeling. Always consult a gastroenterologist or qualified physician if you notice persistent changes in bowel habits, regardless of what the App says.

15. Warning Signs & Emergencies
If you experience severe discomfort, notable changes, or other health concerns, seek medical attention immediately. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of an AI analysis provided by this App.

16. Data Loss & Backup Responsibility
Because Lalema uses local-first storage for your privacy, we do not store copies of your data remotely. You are solely responsible for backing up your data via Export Backup or system backups. Lalema is not liable for data loss due to app deletion, device changes, or forgotten passwords.

17. Assumption of Physical Risk
Using this App requires handling your device in bathrooms. You assume all risks associated with this. Lalema is not liable for physical device damage (including dropping it into water/toilet) occurring while attempting to use the App.
